I typically recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for planning your session. However, this timeline may vary when I am offering pop-up sessions, mini sessions, or covering county and state fairs, as those are scheduled events with limited availability. If you have a specific date in mind or a last-minute request, feel free to reach out—I’m always happy to see what I can accommodate.

If your shoot location is more than 40 miles from Hastings, MN, the standard IRS mileage rate of $0.70 per mile will apply. This is calculated one way beyond the 40-mile included distance. For example, if your shoot is 50 miles from Hastings, 10 miles each way (out and back) would be charged at $0.70 per mile, for a total of 20 miles × $0.70 = $14, which would be added to your total session price.

Booking is easy! Simply fill out the contact form, and your request will be sent directly to my inbox for review. Once we have scheduled a date and time, a 30% retainer is due to secure your session, with the remaining 70% due on the day of your session.
Retainers are not required for horse or livestock show coverage.
